<p><b>Directions for Use</b></p> <p>This product is for cleaning glass, windows, mirrors, plastic, Plexiglass and a variety of other water washable surfaces.<br />Dilute 2 oz./gal. or 16 mL/L (1:64) with cold water. Spray glass cleaner on surface to be cleaned and wipe with a lint-free towel or squeegee.<br />Improper use or dilution of this product may affect cleaning performance, result in excess waste or may damage surfaces also may increase risk of health effects. Gloves and goggles recommended personal protection equipment. Please consult your local solid waste agency, drain commissioner, or water quality contact for determination on appropriate disposal of unused material. Please recycle empty containers.</p>
<p><b>Directions for Use</b></p><p>Recommended for use on all types of resilient tile flooring and properly prepared hard surfaces.</p><p><b>RESTORATIVE MAINTENANCE: </b></p><p>Completely remove all old wax, finish and soil from floor surface following strip procedure instructions on Betco&#174; stripper label. Floor surface must be clean, dry and free of residue before finish is applied. Rinse with clean water if necessary. Apply finish in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic finish mop, microfiber mop or applicator system. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying additional coats, usually 20 - 30 minutes. Elevated temperatures, heavy coats and humidity may extend dry time. A minimum of 4 coats of finish is recommended. Note: This product is a self-sealing finish, however, if tile is old, worn or porous, initially applying 1 - 2 coats of a Betco sealer will enhance gloss and long term performance.</p><p><b>ROUTINE MAINTENANCE:</b></p><p>Sweep large debris and dust mop. Damp mop or automatic scrub using a Betco floor cleaner. Buff or burnish the floor to enhance gloss as needed. Use Betco&#174; One Step High Speed Cleaner/Restorer to condition the floor and extend the time between top scrub and recoating.</p><p><b>INTERIM MAINTENANCE:</b></p><p>Sweep large debris and dust mop. Top scrub the floor using Daily Scrub SC and maroon pad or equivalent to remove the top soiled layers of finish. Floor surface must be clean, dry and free of residue before finish is applied. Apply 1 - 2 coats of finish as directed above.</p><p>Please recycle empty containers. Note: Slip resistance meets or exceeds standard, (ASTM D 2047-11) James Machine 0.5 minimum</p>

Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes for Herpes Simplex Type 2 and 60 seconds (1 minute) for Influenza A/Hong Kong<br /><b>MOLD AND MILDEW CONTROL DIRECTIONS:</b>This product effectively inhibits the growth of mold and mildew and the odors caused by them when applied to hard, nonporous surfaces. Follow disinfection instructions. Allow to air dry on surface. Repeat when mildew growth returns.<br /><b>FUNGICIDAL DIRECTIONS: </b>This product is an effective fungicide against Trichophyton mentagrophytes in areas such as locker rooms, dressing rooms, shower and bath areas, exercise facilities, health clubs and spas. Follow disinfection directions for application instructions. Treated surfaces must remain wet for 10 minutes. This product is not for use on medical device surfaces.<br /><b>NON-ACID TOILET BOWL AND URINAL DISINFECTANT/CLEANER DIRECTIONS: </b>Empty toilet bowl or urinal and apply this product to exposed surfaces including under the rim with a cloth, mop, sponge or sprayer. This product must not be used to clean the following food contact surfaces: utensils, glassware, and dishes.<b>For Human Coronavirus,</b>treated surfaces must remain wet for 1 minute. Wipe dry with a clean cloth, sponge or mop or allow to air dry.<b>For Influenza Virus Type A</b>, treated surfaces must remain wet for 2 minutes. Wipe dry with a clean cloth, sponge or mop or allow to air dry. Prepare a fresh use-solution daily or more often if the solution becomes visibly dirty or diluted.<b>FUNGICIDAL DIRECTIONS:</b>For use in areas such as locker rooms, dressing rooms, shower and bath areas, and exercise facilities follow disinfection directions.<b>MILDEWSTATIC INSTRUCTIONS:</b>Will effectively control the growth of mold and mildew, plus the odors caused by them when applied to hard, nonporous surfaces such as walls, floors and table tops. Apply use-solution at 2 ounces per gallon of water with a cloth, mop, sponge, or coarse spray. Make sure to wet all surfaces completely. Let air dry. Repeat application weekly or when growth reappears.<b>*KILLS HIV-1 (AIDS VIRUS) AND HBV (HEPATITIS B VIRUS) AND HCV (HEPATITIS C VIRUS) ON PRECLEANED, ENVIROMENTAL SURFACES / OBJECTS PREVIOUSLY SOILED WITH BLOOD BODY FLUIDS</b>in health care settings or other settings in which there is an expected likelihood of soiling of inanimate surfaces/objects with blood / body fluids, and in which the surfaces / objects likely to be solid with blood / body fluids that can be associated with the potential for transmission of Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type I (HIV-1) (associated with AIDS) or Hepatitis B Virus (HBV) or Hepatitis C Virus (HCV).</p><p><b>SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR CLEANING AND DECONTAMINATION AGAINST HIV-1 (AIDS VIRUS) OR HBV OR HCV OF SURFACES / OBJECTS SOILED WITH BLOOD / BODY FLUIDS:</b>Personal Protection: Disposable protective gloves, gowns, face mask and eye coverings, as appropriate, must be worn during all cleaning of blood / body fluids and during decontamination procedures. Bactericidal Stability of Use-Dilution: Tests confirmthat the use solution of this product, when stored in a sealed container such as a spray bottle, remains effective for up to 1 year. If product becomes visibly dirty or contaminated, the use-dilution must be discarded and fresh product prepared. Always use clean, properly labeled containers when diluting this product. For fungicidal activity: Betco Triforce is an effective fungicide against Trichophyton mentagrophytes [the athlete's foot fungus] when used on surfaces in areas such as locker rooms, dressing rooms, shower and bath areas and exercise facilities. Betco Triforce is a one-step fungicide at 1/2 oz. per gallon in 250 ppm hard water and 5% serum. For mold and mildew: At 1/2 oz. per gallon, Betco Triforce will effectively inhibit the growth of mold and mildew and the odors caused by them when applied to hard, nonporous surfaces. Follow disinfection instructions. Repeat treatment every seven days, or more often if new growth appears This product is not to be used as a terminal sterilant / high level disinfectant on any surface or instrument that (1) is introduced directly into the human body, either into or in contact with the bloodstream or normally sterile areas of the body, or (2) contacts intact mucous membranes but which does not ordinarily penetrate the blood barrier or otherwise enter normally sterile areas of the body.TO SANITIZE SOFT SURFACES:Add ½ oz. per gallon of water. Apply with a damp mop or autoscrubber.<br /><br /> For use as a One-Step Cleaner and Disinfectant Against Bacteria and Viruses by Electrostatic Spraying:<br /> Electrostatic spray application is for efficacy claims with a 10 minute contact time and 450 ppm concentration. This application method is not to be used to treat hard, non-porous surfaces for sanitization or fungicidal claims.</p> <ul> <li>Ensure bystanders and pets are not present in the room during application.</li> <li>Clean visibly dirty surfaces prior to spraying.</li> <li>Wear an N95 filtering facepiece respirator or half face respirator with a N95 filter and eye protection when spraying.</li> <li>Select a spray nozzle that produces spray droplet particles with a volume median diameter =80µm</li> <li>Place the electrostatic spray function in the ON position for electrostatic spray models that have the functionality to toggle ON/OFF.</li> <li>Hold the sprayer nozzle 1-2 feet away from the target surface. <p>For use as a top-scrub cleaner for wood floor coatings. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE: Dust mop floors daily. If using a treatment, use only a water-based treatment, being careful to follow label instructions. TACKING PROCEDURE: Dilute 1:4 gallon of water into a bucket. Soak several large towels in the solution, making sure they are thoroughly wet. Wring out the towels to remove excess moisture. Wrap a towel around a push broom and tack the floor. To prevent redeposit of dirt and oil, refold towel using clean sides as needed. Pay special attention to corners. Repeat the procedure in each area of the floor until the entire floor has been cleaned. Automatic Scrubber: Dilute 2 - 4 oz./gal. of water. No rinsing is required. INTERIM MAINTENANCE: Dilute 1:4 in a spray bottle for heavy spot cleaning. Spray and wipe dry. RESTORATIVE MAINTENANCE: Wet screening: Dilute product 2 - 4 oz./gal. of water. Use white or red floor pads. Use 175 RPM floor machine or automatic scrubber to wet screen the floor in preparation for new coating application. Rinse thoroughly removing all residue. See coatings labeled directions for proper procedures. Please recycle empty container.</p><p><br></p>

This product must not be mixed or stored with products containing ammonia and bleach, or other reducing and oxidizing agents. Contact with metals, metal ions, wood dust, or wood shavings may cause product decomposition. DISINFECTION: To disinfect hard non-porous inanimate surfaces, dilute 2 ozs. of concentrate per gallon of water (1:64 dilution). Remove heavy soil deposits from surfaces. Apply to surfaces using a cloth, mop, sponge, or coarse trigger sprayer. Spray 6-8 inches from surface to be treated, thoroughly wetting the surface. Allow surface to remain wet for 10 minutes. Rub with brush, sponge, or cloth. Do not breathe spray. Wipe area with a clean cloth or allow to air dry. When using on food contact surfaces: counter tops, highchairs, thoroughly rinse all treated surfaces with potable (tap) water. This product must not be used to clean eating utensils, glassware and dishes. GENERAL CLEANING: For cleaning and deodorizing, dilute 2 ozs. of concentrate per gallon of water (1:64). Cleaning may be accomplished with a clean mop, sponge, squeegee, wet vacuum system or trigger spraying device. Spray 6-8 inches from the surface to be treated, thoroughly wetting the surface. After cleaning, remove suspended soils with a clear water rinse, vacuum pick up, or by wiping with a clean mop, sponge, squeegee, or cloth or allow to air dry. Do not breathe spray. DEODORIZATION: To deodorize, apply this product as indicated under the heading DISINFECTION. For heavy duty deodorization dilute this product at 4 to 6 ounces per gallon and apply as directed under heading DISINFECTION. CLEANING TOILET BOWLS and URINALS: Swab bowl with brush to remove heavy soil prior to cleaning. Clean toilet bowl and urinal exteriors by applying use-solution around the bowl and up under the rim. Stubborn stains may require brushing. Thoroughly wet the bowl and urinal surfaces with a use-solution of 2 ozs. per gallon of water. Swab the bowl completely using a scrub brush or mop. Let stand for 10 minutes.</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p>
<p>It is a violation of Federal Law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. This product is not for use on critical or semi-critical medical device surfaces. DISINFECTION, DEODORIZING, AND CLEANING: Remove gross filth or heavy soil prior to application of the product. Hold container six to eight inches from surface to be treated. Spray area until it is covered with the solution. Allow product to penetrate and the surface to remain wet for 3 minutes (for Bloodborne Pathogens: allow surface to remain wet for HIV-1 1 minute and for HBV and HCV 5 minutes). No scrubbing is necessary. Wipe off with a clean cloth, mop or sponge. This product will not leave grit or soap scum. Disinfection of animal quarters and kennels: Before using this product, remove all animals and feed from premises. Remove all litter and droppings from floors, walls and surfaces of facilities occupied or traversed by animals. Empty all troughs, racks and other feeding and watering appliances. Thoroughly clean all surfaces with soap or detergent and rinse with water. Apply this product for disinfection of pre-cleaned animal quarters and kennels. Saturate the surfaces with this product for a period of 3 minutes (for Bovine Viral Diarrhea Virus (BVDV) 5 minutes) (for Feline Calicivirus and Rabies virus 30 seconds) (for Canine Parvovirus 10 minutes). Ventilate building and other closed spaces. Do not house animals or employ equipment until treatment has been absorbed, set or dried. All treated equipment that will contact feed or drinking water must be rinsed with potable water before reuse. For disinfection against Legionella pneumophilia, Staphylococcus aureus - Multi-Drug Resistant, and SARS Associated Coronavirus use 10 minute contact time. Wipe dry with a cloth, sponge or mop or allow to air dry. For heavily soiled areas, a preliminary cleaning is required. Spray 6 - 8 inches from the surface; rub with a brush, sponge or cloth. Do not breathe spray. Rinse all surfaces that come in contact with food such as countertops, appliances, tables and stovetops with potable water before reuse. Do not use on utensils, glassware and dishes. Bactericidal Stability of Use-Dilution: Tests confirmthat the use solution of this product, when stored in a sealed container such as a spray bottle, remains effective for up to 1 year. If product becomes visibly dirty or contaminated, the use-dilution must be discarded and fresh product prepared. Always use clean, properly labeled containers when diluting this product. For fungicidal activity: Betco Triforce is an effective fungicide against Trichophyton mentagrophytes [the athlete's foot fungus] when used on surfaces in areas such as locker rooms, dressing rooms, shower and bath areas and exercise facilities. Betco Triforce is a one-step fungicide at 1/2 oz. per gallon in 250 ppm hard water and 5% serum. For mold and mildew: At 1/2 oz. per gallon, Betco Triforce will effectively inhibit the growth of mold and mildew and the odors caused by them when applied to hard, nonporous surfaces. Follow disinfection instructions. Repeat treatment every seven days, or more often if new growth appears This product is not to be used as a terminal sterilant / high level disinfectant on any surface or instrument that (1) is introduced directly into the human body, either into or in contact with the bloodstream or normally sterile areas of the body, or (2) contacts intact mucous membranes but which does not ordinarily penetrate the blood barrier or otherwise enter normally sterile areas of the body.TO SANITIZE SOFT SURFACES:Add ½ oz. per gallon of water. It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling. <br /><br /><b>SANITIZING FOOD CONTACT SURFACE DIRECTIONS:</b> Use this product (200 ppm active) for sanitizing and cleaning of equipment and utensils in food processing, dairy industry, bars, restaurants, institutional kitchens, meat and poultry processing plants. Prior to application, remove gross food particles and soil by a pre-wash, pre-scrape, or pre-flush, and when necessary pre-soak. Thoroughly wash or flush equipment or utensils with a good detergent or compatible cleaner followed by a potable water rinse before applying sanitizer. Apply this product to pre- cleaned hard non-porous surfaces with cloth, mop sponge, or sprayer or by immersion. Surfaces must remain wet for 60 seconds (one minute). Drain thoroughly and allow to air dry before reuse.
Not effective against rust stains. Dilute with cold water only. For GENERAL PURPOSE dilute 1:32 - 1:64 oz or 4 oz./gal - 2 oz./gal depending on soil level. Spray and wipe. GLASS: Dilute 1:64 or 2 oz./gal. Spray and wipe. SHOWERS: Dilute 1:32. For large areas use a portable pump up sprayer. Spray on tile, grout, fixtures and tub surfaces. Let stand for 5 minutes and rinse. For heavier stains agitation with a brush or sponge may be necessary to completely remove the stain. FLOORS: Dilute 1:64. Add directly to grout scrubber for removal of mold stains, soap scum, hard water deposits, or other common restroom soils. CARPET SPOTTING: Dilute 1:10 or 12 oz/gal. for heavy soils, dilute 1:20 or 6 oz./gal. for light to medium soils. For coffee as well as other water based stains. Apply a small amount of liquid to the stain. Agitate with a bone scraper and let stand for 3 - 5 minutes. Blot dry and rinse with clean water. Repeat as needed until the stain is completely removed.<br />Improper use or dilution of this product may affect cleaning performance, result in excess waste or may damage surfaces also may increase risk of health effects. Gloves and goggles recommended personal protection equipment. Please consult your local solid waste agency, drain commissioner, or water quality contact for determination on appropriate disposal of unused material. Please recycle empty containers.

Recommended for use on all types of resilient tile flooring and properly prepared hard surfaces. This product is of specific benefit in preparing old, worn or porous tile floors for finishing. <br /><br />RESTORATIVE MAINTENANCE:<br />Completely remove all old wax, finish and soil from floor surface following strip procedure instructions on Betco® stripper label. Floor surface must be clean, dry and free of residue before finish is applied. Rinse with clean water if necessary. Apply sealer in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic finish mop, microfiber mop or applicator system. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying additional coats, usually 20 - 30 minutes. Elevated temperatures, heavy coats and humidity may extend dry time. A minimum of 2 coats of sealer is recommended. This sealer can be used as a finish coat, however, for a better shine, increased protection and easier maintenance, we recommended the application of 2 - 4 coats of a Betco floor finish that best fits your maintenance program. <br /><br />Please recycle empty containers. Note: Slip resistance meets or exceeds standard, (ASTM D 2047-11) James Machine 0.5 minimum.
