Floors will be very slippery until dry.</li> <li>Strip floors, using a Diversey stripper per the instructions on the stripper label</li> </ul> Coating <ul> <li>Apply 3 or more medium coats using a clean finish mop or the Diversey ProSpeedTM/MC or TrailBlazerTM/MC Floor Finish Applicator System. Apply additional coats until desired gloss is obtained.</li> <li>Allow 30-45 minutes drying time between coats. Temperature, humidity and ventilation may affect drying time. Allow finish to cure for 24 hours before burnishing.</li> </ul> Maintenance <ul> <li>Dust mop or sweep. Clean the floor with a mop or an automatic scrubber using the recommended Diversey brand cleaner according to label directions.</li> <li>If desired, dry buff using medium to aggressive pad and 1000- 500 rpm equipment. Ultra-high speed burnish using a medium aggressiveness pad and 2000+ rpm equipment.</li> </ul> Recoating <ul> <li>Dust mop or sweep Clean the floor with a mop or an automatic scrubber using the recommended Diversey brand cleaner according to label directions</li> <li>Blockade area and apply 1-2 uniform coats of finish using a clean finish mop or the Diversey ProSpeedTM/MC or TrailBlazerTM/MC Floor Finish Applicator System. Allow finish to cure for 24 hours before burnishing.</li> </ul> Removal <ul> <li>Remove using recommended Diversey brand stripper following label directions</li> </ul> Precautions <ul> <li>Do not dilute. Do not use on surfaces colder than 50°F (10°C) @ 15% RH. To avoid contamination, do not return unused finish to original container. Do not freeze.</li> </ul>

Let floor dry completely before applying a Diversey Green Seal®-Certified finish or other recommended Diversey brand floor finish or sealer.</li> </ul>

Use instructions <ul> <li>Thoroughly clean the sinks with a small amount of glassware cleaner prior to glass washing. Also, use clean brushes that are not worn.</li> <li>Set up sinks in four easy steps: 1. Fill first tank with hot or cold water almost to the top of the brushes. Add Beer Clean™ Mineral Solvent, if needed, based on local water-hardness conditions. 2. Add Beer Clean™ Glass Cleaner to the first sink, accurately measuring proper amount required or by sprinkling a pre-measured packet over the brushes. 3. Fill the second tank with clean, hot or cold, continuously flowing water. This tank is used to rinse off detergent from glassware used in the first sink. 4. Fill third sink with three gallons (11.5 liters) of hot or cold water. Add ¼ oz. Beer Clean™ Last Rinse Sanitizer. </li> <li>Wash glasses in the first sink, making sure that all glass edges come in contact with the brushes. If a three-brush manual system is used, clean glasses on the center brush. </li> <li>Rinse glassware in the second sink by placing the bottom of the glass in the water first, at an angle. If immersed top first, an air pocket can form, preventing complete rinsing. Withdraw the glass at an angle, bottom first ("heel in, heel out" technique). If you only have a two-tank system, do not include a rinse sink.</li> <li>Submerge glassware in sanitizing rinse solution (third sink) by using the "heel in, heel out" technique. Allow to remain immersed for at least 2 minutes. Follow national food service sanitation guidelines and local health codes for sanitizing. </li> <li>Air dry sanitized glassware upside down on a deeply corrugated drain board to allow maximum air flow. Do not dry glasses with towel, since it can leave lint on the glass and transfer germs and odors. Do not store glasses on a towel, rubber drain pad or any smooth surface.</li> </ul>

Use instructions <ul> <li>Use BreakDownTM/MC Odor Eliminator on all organic odors and stains.</li> <li>General Deodorizing: Dilute 1:32 with water (4 ounces per gallon/ 31 mL per liter).</li> <li>Washroom: Dilute 1:20 with water (6 ounces per gallon/50 mL per liter). Apply around urinals, toilets, on floors and in trash receptacles.</li> <li>Plumbing Pipes (drains, sinks, disposals, toilets): Pour 4 ounces (120 mL) of BreakDownTM/MC Odor Eliminator into drain pipes 2 times per week when drain flow is lowest.</li> <li>Carpet Odors and Stains for Spotting: Test carpet for colorfastness. Use BreakDownTM/MC Odor Eliminator full strength. Follow good spotting procedures. Re-apply BreakDownTM/MC Odor Eliminator. For Prespray Cleaning <ul> <li>Thoroughly vacuum carpet and pre treat spots.</li> <li>Dilute 10 oz. Heavy Duty Prespray with 1 gallon hot water (1 L with 12 L) in pump-up sprayer or fill directly from J-Fill® dispenser.</li> <li>Spray carpet completely, paying particular attention to traffic lanes and spots.</li> <li>Agitate with a carpet rake, extractor brush, shampoo brush or bonnet.</li> <li>Allow 5-10 minutes for Heavy Duty Prespray to completely loosen soils.</li> <li>Thoroughly extract carpet with Extraction Rinse according to use directions. Use Liquid Defoamer in recovery tank if required.</li> </ul> For Bonnet Cleaning <ul> <li>Dilute at 1:32 or 4 oz./gal. If being used on a carpet for the first time test for colorfastness on an inconspicuous area. Remove gross soil. Extract using Extraction Rinse. Dilute product 1 to 4 oz. per gallon (30 to 120 mL/3.78 L). Saturate the spot/stain and surrounding area. Agitate. Place towel moistened with product over treated area for 24 hours. Remove towel and repeat treatment as necessary. Extract with Extraction Rinse. Allow carpet to dry. Use also as a drain cleaner and odor counteractant cleaner in restrooms; or bonnet buff using the dilutions outlined above.directions.

Virex® Plus is a one-step, quaternary-based disinfectant cleaner concentrate for use on hard, nonporous surfaces such as floors, walls, glazed porcelain, and plastic surfaces in hospitals, nursing homes, schools, hotels, public areas and other facilities where cleaning and prevention of cross-contamination are critical. Preparation of Disinfectant Use-Solution <ul> <li>Mix ½ oz. per gallon of water (1:256). Use 1 oz. per gallon of water to kill Norovirus , Enterobacter aerogenes, and Serratia marcescens.
