Use this Neutralizer Conditioner/Odor Counteractant for floor conditioning and alkalinity neutralizing after stripping floor finishes and before applying finish. Conditioning your floor surface with this neutralizer conditioner improves adhesion of new floor finishes. It also helps eliminate dulling, discoloring and hazing so finishes look better, shine brighter and last longer. Neutralizer conditioner is effective at counteracting urine odors on hard floors, grout and carpeting. You can also use it to removes salt residue from windows exposed to sea spray and from floors with deposits left by some ice melters. Neutralizer conditioner comes in a convenient D.I.B.S (Drop-In Bucket System) and is suitable for use in nonfood processing areas.
