The hard hat cooling pad straps into hard hats to deliver four hours of cooling relief. The low-profile and lightweight liner pad features cooling acrylic polymers for instant cooling without bulk or slime, making it comfortable to wear under hard hats. This hard hat liner fits most hard hats and safety helmets, easily and securely attaching to the suspension with two hook and loop straps.

Rechargeable ice pack quickly activates to help keep workers cool, productive and safe in the heat. This pack is specifically designed for compatibility with the Chill-Its 6483 Cooling Neck Gaiter—simply insert the activated pack into the interior back-of-neck pocket for up to two hours of enhanced cooling. For convenience on any job site, there are multiple methods for activating this cooling charge pack. Either place the pack in a cooler of ice water for 5 minutes, freezer for 9 minutes, refrigerator for 12 minutes or near an air conditioner for one to two hours. When activated, the phase change cooling material will maintain a 64° F (18° C) temperature for up to two hours. Simply recharge to reactivate. The cooling pack should be hand washed with a mild detergent and warm water. Dry with a paper towel or cloth. Do not machine wash or machine dry.

Extenders provide 3.5 of extension to the Chill-Its Phase Change Vests (excluding lightweight vests) to increase the size. They are made of 100% elastic with hook and loop extenders to attach to the vests.

The cooling vest is made to house phase change cooling packs to help keep workers cooler, safer and more productive. The phase change cooling material maintains a 64°F (18°C) temperature for up to four hours when activated. The vest is made of a modacrylic cotton blend flame-resistant fabric which meets ASTMF1506 requirements as well as classified to NFPA (CAT1). The adjustable hook-and-loop closures at the shoulders and waist provide a customized and comfortable fit. Keep your writing utensils handy with two pen slots on the right-side of the vest.
