The cooling vest ice packs keep workers cooler, safer and more productive. These charge packs are compatible with the 6215, 6225, 6230 6235 cooling vests, sold separately. The phase change cooling material maintains a 64° F (18° C) temperature for up to four hours when activated. Simply place the two packs in a cooler of ice water for 10 minutes; freezer for 15 minutes; refrigerator for 25 minutes; or near an air conditioner for one to two hours. Then place the recharged cooling packs in the vest pockets for hours of cooling.

Activated polymers bring cooling power where you need it most. Activate by soaking in water for 2 to 5 minutes. Re-usable, just soak in water to re-activate. Tie closure maintains a snug, adjustable fit.

The hard hat cooling pad straps into hard hats to deliver four hours of cooling relief. The low-profile and lightweight liner pad features cooling acrylic polymers for instant cooling without bulk or slime, making it comfortable to wear under hard hats. This hard hat liner fits most hard hats and safety helmets, easily and securely attaching to the suspension with two hook and loop straps.

Rechargeable ice pack quickly activates to help keep workers cool, productive and safe in the heat. This pack is specifically designed for compatibility with the Chill-Its 6483 Cooling Neck Gaiter—simply insert the activated pack into the interior back-of-neck pocket for up to two hours of enhanced cooling. For convenience on any job site, there are multiple methods for activating this cooling charge pack. Either place the pack in a cooler of ice water for 5 minutes, freezer for 9 minutes, refrigerator for 12 minutes or near an air conditioner for one to two hours. When activated, the phase change cooling material will maintain a 64° F (18° C) temperature for up to two hours. Simply recharge to reactivate. The cooling pack should be hand washed with a mild detergent and warm water. Dry with a paper towel or cloth. Do not machine wash or machine dry.

Extenders provide 3.5 of extension to the Chill-Its Phase Change Vests (excluding lightweight vests) to increase the size. They are made of 100% elastic with hook and loop extenders to attach to the vests.
