Winter hard hat liner has 3 layers of insulation for extreme warmth. This lightweight thermal liner is shoulder-length to keep head, ears and neck covered and fits comfortably under helmets or hard hats without feeling too bulky. The fire-resistant outer shell and lining are made of 60% modacrylic cotton and 40% cotton twill blend to stand up to tough environments and meets requirements of performance specification ASTM F1506; classified CAT2 according to NFPA 70E. Arc-rated; ATPV rating of 27 cal/cm2. A mid-layer of 3M FR Thinsulate provides maximum warmth and protection in extremely cold environments. There are four hook and loop straps on the exterior of the liner designed to securely attach to the interior of a hard hat for versatile protection in extreme work environments.

This two layer, fleece-spandex headband provides bulk-free warmth in mild to extreme winter conditions. The interior is lined with a heat-trapping, grid polyester fleece for breathable thermal protection. The outer layer is made from a stretchable spandex/polyester blend that provides added protection while maintaining a flexible, comfortable fit for most head sizes. With a contoured shape, it provides full coverage for both the ears and forehead. The low-profile design can be worn alone or under a hard hat. This lightweight shoulder-length thermal liner is extra-long to keep head, ears and neck covered while fitting comfortably under helmets or hard hats without bulk. The unique zip-off cap design allows workers to remove the bottom part of the liner for wear alone as a thermal FR skull cap. It can also be buttoned atop hard hats to keep the bottom up and out of the way. To attach to a hard hat, remove the suspension and thread the system through the four slots in the liner. Then, secure the four hook and loop points to the suspension before inserting back into the hard hat. You can also unzip the lower neck cover for wear as a standalone FR cap.
