What if you could increase I/O performance and improve network efficiency between HPE Synergy Compute sodules and complex storage environments? Designed for the HPE Synergy Composable Fabric, HPE Synergy 5330C 32Gb Fibre Channel Host Bus Adapter (HBA) connects HPE Synergy Compute resource pools to SANs over 32 Gb native FC fabrics. It provides both high-performance and network efficiency. High performance is achieved through low latency connectivity to HPE Synergy Virtual Connect FC Modules and Brocade® FC Switch Modules while network efficiency is achieved through the HPE Synergy Composer automatically coordinating proper firmware and driver including staging updates to execute and avoid workload disruption High Performance The HPE Synergy 5330C 32Gb FC HBA provides low latency and flexible connectivity to HPE Synergy Virtual Connect FC Modules and Brocade® FC Switch Modules. It is optimized for virtualization to allow more applications and more virtual machines to run on a single HPE Synergy Compute module. Providing twice the bandwidth of 16 Gb FC HBAs, the HPE Synergy 5330C 32Gb HBA can reduce the time it takes to complete bandwidth-intensive applications like backup and restore operations. It delivers higher, more consistent performance with full port isolation and independent processor, memory and drivers for each port. Network Efficiency The HPE Synergy 5330C 32Gb FC HBA minimizes CPU utilization for storage I/O and is ideal for environments with greater virtual machine density and bandwidth requirements. It reduces hardware needed to connect servers to the network compared to using 16 Gb FC adapters.
