Rinse thoroughly. Floor Cleaning: Place slippery floor signs around the area. Apply solution onto the floor with a mop or autoscrubber. Pick up all excess solution from the floor. Rinse thoroughly to avoid corrosion. Food Processing Areas: Before using this product in food processing establishments, food products and packaging materials must be removed from the area or carefully protected. After using this product, all surfaces in the area must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water. Avoid contamination of food during use or storage.

Directions for Use This product is for cleaning glass, windows, mirrors, plastic, Plexiglass and a variety of other water washable surfaces. Dilute 2 oz./gal. or 16 mL/L (1:64) with cold water. Directions for Use Recommended for use on all types of resilient tile (vinyl composition, vinyl, linoleum) and properly sealed hard surfaces (marble, terrazzo). RESTORATIVE MAINTENANCE: Completely remove all old wax, finish and soil from floor surface following strip procedure instructions on stripper label. Floor surface must be clean, dry and free of residue before finish is applied. Rinse with clean water if necessary. Apply finish in uniform, thin to medium coats using a clean synthetic finish mop or applicator system. Allow each coat to dry thoroughly before applying additional coats, usually 20 - 30 minutes. Elevated temperatures and humidity may extend dry time. 4 - 5 coats of finish are recommended. Note: This product is a self sealing finish, however, if tile is old, worn or porous, initially applying 1 - 2 coats of a sealer will enhance gloss and long term performance. ROUTINE MAINTENANCE: Sweep large debris and dust mop (using a water-based treatment). Damp mop or automatic scrub using a neutral pH cleaner. Buff or burnish the floor as desired. The use of a cleaner/restorer is recommended to condition the floor and extend the time between top scrub and recoating. INTERIM MAINTENANCE: Sweep large debris and dust mop (using a water-based treatment). Top scrub the floor using a top scrub cleaner and recommended floor pad to remove the top soiled layers of finish. Floor surface must be clean, dry and free of residue before finish is applied. Apply 1 - 2 coats of finish as directed above. Note: Slip resistance meets or exceeds standard, (ASTM D 2047-04) James Machine 0.5 minimum.

Usage Instructions: Floors: Mix 1/4 cup in a gallon of room temperature water. Bathrooms & Walls: Use on sponge and clean. Due to formula difference, do not use Fabuloso Multi-Purpose Pourable Liquid Cleaner as a refill for Fabuloso Multi-Purpose Spray.

Cleans as easy as: 1) Shake, 2) Spray, 3) Wipe. For best results, spray onto cloth or hold can upright 6-8" from surface to be cleaned. Safe for all finished, sealed surfaces.

For no-wax floors, only use diluted and rinse. Toilet Bowls:Pour ½ cup in the bowl and brush thoroughly, including under the rim.

Not effective against rust stains. Dilute with cold water only. For GENERAL PURPOSE dilute 1:32 - 1:64 oz or 4 oz./gal - 2 oz./gal depending on soil level. Spray and wipe. GLASS: Dilute 1:64 or 2 oz./gal. Spray and wipe. SHOWERS: Dilute 1:32. For large areas use a portable pump up sprayer. Spray on tile, grout, fixtures and tub surfaces. Let stand for 5 minutes and rinse. For heavier stains agitation with a brush or sponge may be necessary to completely remove the stain. FLOORS: Dilute 1:64. Add directly to grout scrubber for removal of mold stains, soap scum, hard water deposits, or other common restroom soils. CARPET SPOTTING: Dilute 1:10 or 12 oz/gal. for heavy soils, dilute 1:20 or 6 oz./gal. for light to medium soils. For coffee as well as other water based stains. Apply a small amount of liquid to the stain. Agitate with a bone scraper and let stand for 3 - 5 minutes. Blot dry and rinse with clean water. Repeat as needed until the stain is completely removed. Pro Tips: The Calcium, Lime & Rust Stain Remover should be rinsed off quickly after applying, so keep a bucket of clean water handy for easy rinsing. Instructions: May etch older sinks, tubs and tiles. Test all surfaces in a hidden area before use. Removes tough crayon, lipstick, graffiti, oil and heel marks from a variety of surfaces. Not recommended for use on glass or water based paints.
