The suspension sits low to reduce pressure to the head, while exclusive, patented Pressure Diffusion Technology enables the system to self-adjust to the wearer as the smooth, easy-turning ratchet is tightened. Multiple levels of height and head-shape adjustments allow the wearer to customize the fit even further. The washable, replaceable sweatband is constructed of a premium, moisture-wicking material to help keep workers cool and dry. All H-Series models meet ANSI safety compliance standards and accommodate a variety of 3M™ face-shields, earmuffs and additional accessories (all sold separately) to meet a range of unique jobsite requirements.
