Unique, water-based formulation delivers bright, matte, opaque color that withstands the passage of time. It is weather-resistant and odorless. Quick-drying color can be layered and mixed with other colors to enhance your creations. To ensure a consistent texture from beginning to end, a little ball is placed inside the marker to mix the ingredients of the POSCA paint.
