Shachihata Inc. warrants all ClassiX products against defects during usual and reasonable use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. In the event that a defect does occur during said period, the sole liability of the company shall be to replace the defective product after receiving proof of purchase. Shachihata Inc. shall not be liable for any defects or damage caused by the use of refill ink that is not ClassiX Refill Ink. In the event a defect should occur, we will repair or replace the defective stamp with a stamp of identical size and impression without charge, within 30 days of receipt of the defective stamp.
